Hello all!! Happy February, did you guys have a good valentines day? We hope you spent it with loved ones (plushies or otherwise ;)) 

We’ve got some announcements, Discord events, and some clarifications to talk to you guys about! 

INVITE TO THE DISCORD

Recently we’ve had some folks asking us about emailed invites to our official Discord. We want to clarify: We do not send out emails with Discord invites for the Puffpals: Island Skies Discord! 

If you purchased an Alpha Access version of our game (either through our website or kickstarter) you should’ve filled out our survey! Within the survey is our Discord Invite Link! You must click this link within the survey to join our Discord! From there we authenticate your purchase and assign your role within our Discord. 

You must have purchased Alpha Access to gain full access to the Discord. Early Access or a normal game copy will not grant you access to the discord server!

If you think you might have filled out the survey incorrectly, please feel free to fill it out again and be sure to complete all the steps!

PLEASE READ THE FORM THOROUGHLY
The form details exactly what you need to do in order to gain full access to the Discord! Failure to complete the steps completely and accurately will prevent you from getting access and you will need to re-do the form!

We have had many people not know that the Discord link was in the survey, filled in the form with the wrong information, or used a different email address than the one they used to purchase the game etc., which prevented them from gaining access! Please double check the form to make sure you get access!!

ALPHA RELEASE ESTIMATE:

We have an estimate for Alpha Release! If all goes swimmingly, we hope to have Alpha Release between July through September!!

KICKSTARTER PLUSH SHIPMENT ESTIMATE

We’ve been seeing a lot of questions lately about when plushies from the Kickstarter are going to be shipped! We are currently going through a warehouse change, so once that settles we will be able to send out the plushies! We estimate in the next couple of months, around May or earlier, we will be able to ship out the goods! Thank you all very much for the excitement, we CANNOT wait to get them into your hands!

WOWEE we got another music stream coming your way for those in the Puffpals: Island Skies Discord! This time Jared (joined by Jenn and Vanessa) will be working on a theme in the game from scratch! Follow along as Jared and Jenn discuss the elements that they’re looking for with this theme, talk inspirations for this tune, and run through the beginning stages of creating another OST. We will have a Q&A session at the end of the stream, so ask away in the Founder’s Corner post for this stream (will be linked in News and Announcements)! We will also collect questions in the general chat during the stream to be asked at the end!

BETWEEN 2 BEANS HYPE
You can attend Between 2 Beans through the Mega Bean Stage in the Discord!

We love getting to chill and just talk about anything we want with you guys! Every Friday @1 PM PST we will be having a weekly Between 2 Beans session hosted by Jenn and our moderator SmollBean (joined by Vanessa in chat and occasionally on air!) A parody of the “Between 2 Ferns” segments, join us as we just let ourselves have random discussions to end out the work week, and respond to the hoopla and spicy discourse that goes on in the chat!
